Position: Executive Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations and sections.
- Oversee daily food preparation and presentation across all outlets.
- Lead and supervise the culinary team during peak service periods.
- Ensure strict adherence to all hygiene and quality standards.
- Assist with menu development and recipe testing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Sous Chef or senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel.
- Comprehensive culinary knowledge and operational leadership.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, portion control, and waste reduction.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing large teams.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Expert knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Experience managing kitchen operations in the Banten or West Java region.
