Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pastry kitchen team to produce high quality desserts and baked goods
- Design and implement innovative pastry menus according to brand standards
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols
- Monitor pastry production costs and manage inventory levels
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff in baking techniques
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years experience in a similar position on five stars hotel
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Relevant education background
- Excellent command in English, both written and oral
- Good communication skill & result oriented
- Positive attitude, Excellent grooming & Good personal hygiene
- Artistic skills for dessert presentation is a must
- Ability to lead a large kitchen team
- Able to join immediately is preferred
