Position: Spa Attendant (daily worker)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the spa and provide orientation of the facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment rooms, and relaxation lounges.
- Prepare and stock treatment rooms with linens, towels, and supplies.
- Assist therapists with setup and cleanup between guest appointments.
- Manage spa laundry and ensure a constant supply of fresh linens.
- Offer refreshments to guests in the relaxation lounge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High standards of cleanliness and personal presentation.
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player and willing to assist colleagues.
- Basic English communication skills.
