Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a specific kitchen station (e.g., grill, pasta).
- Ensure efficient preparation and service flow during dining hours.
- Maintain inventory levels for the assigned station and minimize spoilage.
- Train and guide junior cooks (Commis) working at the station.
- Adhere strictly to all hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Commis in a hotel.
- Proven expertise in managing a high-volume kitchen station.
- Formal culinary training or certification is required.
- Strong communication and ability to work under pressure in Anyer.
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and preparation techniques.
- Commitment to producing consistently high-quality dishes.
- Familiarity with inventory ordering and tracking systems.
