Position: Sous Chef / Chief de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., cold kitchen, hot kitchen) effectively.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
- Supervise and train Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and organization in the assigned section.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering for the section.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a reputed hotel.
- Specialized expertise in a particular kitchen section (e.g., pastry, sauce).
- Proven ability to lead a small team and maintain quality control.
- Knowledge of food cost control and waste management.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Willingness to take ownership of kitchen production goals in Anyer.
