Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, focusing on specific market segments.
- Proactively solicit new business through sales calls, networking, and presentations.
- Handle client inquiries, create proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct site inspections and entertain potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the hotel’s CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the local Surabaya market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
