Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the resort’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Ensure all Front Office procedures (check-in, check-out, guest services) are executed flawlessly.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints, emergencies, and special requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure 5-star standards are maintained.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate effectively with the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Front Office supervisory or Duty Manager role within a 5-star luxury resort.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
