Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for guest complaints and emergency situations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security protocols
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain high service standards during shifts
- Prepare detailed daily reports on guest incidents and operational performance
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a senior Front Office role within luxury hotels [cite: 6]
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
