Position: Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Process bookings accurately and ensure all guest details are correctly entered
- Promote hotel facilities and services to guests during the booking process
- Manage reservation cancellations and modifications according to hotel policies
- Coordinate with the sales and front office teams to manage room availability
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or guest service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Positive work attitude and helpful guest-oriented mindset
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field
