Position: Front Office Host
Responsibilities:

- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures with precision and warmth [cite: 7]
- Provide personalized guest assistance and information about hotel facilities
- Manage guest reservations and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone and in person
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Service role is preferred [cite: 7]
- Exceptional customer service skills and a guest-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and PMS
- Diploma or Vocational degree in Hospitality or related field
