Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily resort operations during designated shifts to ensure a seamless guest experience [cite: 61]
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback and resolve complex service issues professionally [cite: 61]
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all safety, security, and hygiene protocols across the property [cite: 61]
- Lead and support the front office team in maintaining Hyatt’s premium service standards [cite: 61]
- Conduct property walkthroughs and coordinate with other departments to address operational needs [cite: 61]

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a senior supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort [cite: 61]
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia [cite: 61]
- Strong problem solving capabilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure [cite: 61]
- Professional grooming and a high level of integrity [cite: 61]
- Proficiency in property management systems such as Opera [cite: 61]
- Commitment to guest service excellence and operational safety [cite: 61]
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field [cite: 61]
