Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize resort revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions.
  • Manage all aspects of inventory control, distribution channels, and rate strategy.
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align strategies.
  • Oversee the management of OTAs, GDS, and the hotel’s booking engine.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or Assistant Revenue Manager in a luxury resort.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Expert knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS), PMS, and channel managers.
  • Deep understanding of hotel distribution and e-commerce.
  • Excellent forecasting and budgeting skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English.
