Position: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize resort revenue and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions.
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, distribution channels, and rate strategy.
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align strategies.
- Oversee the management of OTAs, GDS, and the hotel’s booking engine.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or Assistant Revenue Manager in a luxury resort.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Expert knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS), PMS, and channel managers.
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution and e-commerce.
- Excellent forecasting and budgeting skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Fluent in English.
