Position: Guest Relations Officer
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a GRO in a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
- Passionate about guest service and creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle VIPs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest feedback.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficient in guest management software or PMS.
