Position: Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and address any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Sales to optimize room inventory and revenue.
  • Train and develop Front Office staff on brand standards and service protocols.
  • Manage front desk administrative tasks including reporting and auditing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in a reputable hotel.
  • Positive attitude and guest service-minded approach.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Fluent in English for professional guest interaction.
  • Ability to lead a multicultural and diverse team.
