Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Front Office operations ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Sales to optimize room inventory and revenue.
- Train and develop Front Office staff on brand standards and service protocols.
- Manage front desk administrative tasks including reporting and auditing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in a reputable hotel.
- Positive attitude and guest service-minded approach.
- Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Fluent in English for professional guest interaction.
- Ability to lead a multicultural and diverse team.
