Position: FO Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of the front desk and guest service agents.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for all hotel guests.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a service-minded approach.
- Monitor front office administration and financial reporting for the shift.
- Train and coach front office staff on brand standards and service protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Senior GSA.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a relevant field.
- Strong in delivering excellent service for guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Leadership skills to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PMS and hotel operational software.
- Positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
