Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and coordinate the check-in process with accuracy
- Manage guest inquiries and provide detailed information about hotel services and local attractions
- Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments through the property management system
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and handle billing procedures according to hotel standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering to ensure room readiness and resolve guest requests
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel in the same position
- Strong luxury service-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Energetic, highly motivated, and physically fit
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
