Position: Reservations Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest room bookings via phone, email, and online distribution channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding room rates, packages, and hotel policies.
- Maintain guest reservation records in the Property Management System.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling hotel services.
- Process reservation cancellations and modifications efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel reservations or front office is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant hospitality field.
- Exceptional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Strong in delivering excellent service for guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Service-minded with professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
