Position: Guest Service Officer – Mandarin Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist Mandarin-speaking guests during check-in and check-out
- Provide translations and personalized assistance for guest inquiries
- Handle reservations and guest requests for international travelers
- Promote hotel facilities and services to guests in Mandarin and English
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or guest service role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Guest-oriented mindset and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury resort environment
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Language Studies
