Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes with high accuracy and professional service.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Maintain guest profiles and process financial transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure room readiness for arrivals.
- Deliver a luxury service-oriented experience for all guests throughout their stay.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position.
- Strong luxury service-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Energetic, highly motivated, and physically fit.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
