Position: Commis
Responsibilities:
- Assist Chef de Parties in preparing ingredients and simple dishes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen station.
- Properly store food items and manage inventory rotation.
- Follow all instructions from senior chefs diligently.
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation standards in the Anyer kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Basic culinary education or equivalent professional training.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a professional kitchen environment.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work quickly.
- Good physical stamina for standing long hours.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
