Position: Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific station in the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Train and supervise junior chefs and commis within the section.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in developing new dishes and menus based on current culinary trends.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure the workstation is kept clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand.
  • Remote area work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, inventory system and culinary skills.
  • Ability to support the Executive Chef in developing new dishes based on the trends.
  • Well groomed and a can do attitude.
  • Has the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
