Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific station in the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Train and supervise junior chefs and commis within the section.
- Assist the Executive Chef in developing new dishes and menus based on current culinary trends.
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and inventory control procedures.
- Ensure the workstation is kept clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand.
- Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of HACCP, inventory system and culinary skills.
- Ability to support the Executive Chef in developing new dishes based on the trends.
- Well groomed and a can do attitude.
- Has the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
