Position: FB Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the floor staff during service to ensure operational smoothness and adherence to standards.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in training, scheduling, and managing the service team.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory of service supplies and assist with ordering.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with supervisory experience.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills and a passion for service.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills and a strong ability to motivate staff.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
