Position: GUEST RELATION OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly, and approachable point of contact throughout their stay.
- Confidently interact with diverse guest profiles, including international, high net worth, and eco travellers.
- Manage guest requests, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast changing environment.
- Assist with concierge duties, front office tasks, and all aspects of the guest relations experience.
- Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (or equivalent working experience).
- Minimum 2 year (or more) experience in guest relations, concierge, front office or similar role in a resort environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Bahasa Indonesia required; additional languages a plus.
- Warm, friendly and approachable personality; strong customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise guest requests in a fast-changing environment.
