Position: HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Support employee relations activities and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Hotel experience required.
  • Well groomed.
  • Good personality and able to work as team.
  • Good communication.
  • Ready to join immediately.
  • Based in Yogyakarta.
  • Previous experience in a human resources role within hospitality is preferred.
