Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong interest in talent development and organizational culture
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team
- Positive attitude and high level of confidentiality
