Position: Asst. People & Culture Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task & work well
- Assist in monitoring social legislation and making recommendations
- Support the People & Culture Manager in daily operations
- Experience in handling employee relations and administrative tasks
