Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as HR Director in luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with Marriott systems is an advantage
  • Ability to drive culture and employee engagement
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
