Qualifications:
- Proven experience as HR Director in luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Marriott systems is an advantage
- Ability to drive culture and employee engagement
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
