Position: Head of Mixologist
Responsibilities:

- Maintain high standards of hygiene and bar operational procedures.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leadership and team management within high-end bar or restaurant operations.
- Strong guest engagement skills with the ability to create memorable bar experiences.
- Solid knowledge of hygiene standards and bar operational procedures.
- Curious, creative, and detail-oriented with an open-minded approach.
- Passionate about Indonesian culture and innovative mixology.
- Comfortable communicating in English and eager to mentor a team.
- Fine dining experience preferred.
