Position: Asst. IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the resort’s IT infrastructure, servers, and networks
- Provide technical support to staff and guests for IT-related issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot hotel management systems and POS hardware
- Manage IT asset inventory and oversee system security and backups
- Coordinate with IT vendors for system upgrades and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a hotel environment
- In-depth knowledge of networking, server administration, and security
- Familiarity with hotel-specific systems (e.g., Opera, Sun Systems)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Leadership experience to supervise IT technicians and projects
- Excellent communication skills to provide technical guidance
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
