Position: FB Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations in the food and beverage outlets to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules and provide training to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies for the restaurant and banquet sections.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a professional demeanor.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed by the service team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position within a hotel environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language proficiency in written and spoken English and Indonesia.
- Discipline, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
- Good attitude and well groomed professional appearance.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service protocols and upselling techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team during high pressure service hours.
