Position: Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma III in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
- WSET certification in Wines and/or Spirits is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations
- Experience in budgeting and stock control for high volume venues
- Strong leadership and team management skills to lead beverage operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Results driven with a focus on guest satisfaction and revenue
