Position: Outlet Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the assigned dining outlet to maintain service excellence.
- Lead and train the service staff on menu knowledge and brand standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues with a professional approach.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate food and beverage orders.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- At least two years experience in a supervisory role within an upscale restaurant.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and hygiene.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team.
- Good proficiency in English for interacting with international guests.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks including scheduling and inventory logs.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or F&B management.
