Position: Cluster Sales Manager – JSO
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and leisure accounts across multiple properties within the cluster
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities in the Bali region
- Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to key decision makers and travel intermediaries
- Develop tailored sales strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rates for the JSO cluster
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for executive management review
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cluster sales or a Joint Sales Office environment for luxury hotels
- Strong network within the corporate and travel trade segments in Indonesia
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on revenue growth
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hotel property management and CRM systems
