Position: Cluster Sales Manager – JSO

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate and leisure accounts across multiple properties within the cluster
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities in the Bali region
  • Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to key decision makers and travel intermediaries
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rates for the JSO cluster
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for executive management review

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cluster sales or a Joint Sales Office environment for luxury hotels
  • Strong network within the corporate and travel trade segments in Indonesia
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on revenue growth
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in hotel property management and CRM systems
