Position: E-Commerce Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage online reservation portals and OTA listings for the resort
- Execute digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Optimize the resort’s direct booking engine for better conversion
- Monitor online guest reviews and coordinate responses with management
- Report on e-commerce sales performance and digital traffic metrics
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel e-commerce or digital distribution management
- Proficiency in using OTA extranets and booking engine platforms
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing
- Analytical mindset with a focus on maximizing online revenue
- Excellent written communication skills for digital content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Detail-oriented in managing rate updates and promotions
