Position: Asst. Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to optimize room rates
- Manage distribution channels and ensure rate parity across all platforms
- Analyze occupancy data and forecast revenue targets on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional offers
Qualifications:
- Experience in revenue management or reservations in luxury hotels
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and revenue systems
- Understanding of distribution channels (OTA, GDS, Direct)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex reports
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills to present findings to management
- Degree in Hospitality, Finance, or Business preferred
