Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and fresh juices.
- Interact with guests at the bar, providing menu recommendations and local insights.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Process guest payments accurately and manage bar inventory levels.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a resort or high-end lounge.
- Sound knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and international spirits.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic bar environment.
- Fluency in English to communicate with international guests.
- Professional appearance and commitment to service excellence.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evening and night service.
