Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and fresh juices.
  • Interact with guests at the bar, providing menu recommendations and local insights.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
  • Process guest payments accurately and manage bar inventory levels.
  • Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a resort or high-end lounge.
  • Sound knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and international spirits.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic bar environment.
  • Fluency in English to communicate with international guests.
  • Professional appearance and commitment to service excellence.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including evening and night service.
