Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and provide continuous training on service standards and menu knowledge.
  • Monitor outlet performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with a professional demeanor.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards within the dining area and service stations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within an F&B outlet.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for guest satisfaction and team development.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, upselling techniques, and cost control.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment within an integrated complex.
  • Fluent in English to assist international business and leisure travelers.
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to heart-driven hospitality.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
