Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Coordinate staff schedules and provide continuous training on service standards and menu knowledge.
- Monitor outlet performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with a professional demeanor.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards within the dining area and service stations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within an F&B outlet.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for guest satisfaction and team development.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, upselling techniques, and cost control.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment within an integrated complex.
- Fluent in English to assist international business and leisure travelers.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to heart-driven hospitality.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
