We are currently looking for creative souls to join this hoteljob.id vacancy for our upcoming opening in Bali.

Position: Asst. HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing human resources activities, including recruitment for pre-opening
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Support in developing training programs and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle staff inquiries and resolve any workplace issues professionally
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration

Qualifications:

  • Experience in human resources management or senior HR officer role
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a confidential and professional manner
  • Degree in HR management, law, or related field
  • Experience in a pre-opening hotel environment is an advantage
