Position: Learning & Development Manager (Pre-Opening)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in learning and development management within an international hotel chain
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for a pre-opening team
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and grow hospitality talent within the resort
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledge of the latest training methodologies and luxury service standards
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or a related hospitality field
