Position: FB Director
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, and beach service
- Developing F&B strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability
- Leading and developing a large service and culinary management team
- Ensuring high standards of service, quality, and hygiene across all outlets
- Coordinating with the marketing team on culinary events and promotions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Director in a 5 star resort or luxury hotel
- Exceptional leadership and visionary people management skills
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing complex F&B budgets
- Extensive knowledge of international culinary and beverage trends
- Track record of driving innovation and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commitment to delivering unique and memorable dining experiences
