Position: Beach Club GM
Responsibilities:
- Directing all operations for the resort’s premier beach club destination
- Managing large scale beach club events, DJ bookings, and pool parties
- Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and beach club vibe management
- Leading a diverse team of service, bar, and entertainment staff
- Collaborating with marketing to enhance beach club visibility and revenue
Qualifications:
- Senior management experience in a high volume beach club or luxury resort
- Strong background in operations, revenue management, and entertainment
- Exceptional leadership skills with a charismatic and professional demeanor
- Excellent networking and guest relationship management abilities
- Strategic thinker with a focus on brand identity and guest experience
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a significant advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure outdoor environment
