Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily maintenance tasks and technical repairs
- Monitoring the operation of resort utility systems including water and power
- Leading the technical team and assigning preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensuring all engineering activities follow health and safety regulations
- Assisting the Engineering Manager with project management and reporting
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort
- Speak and write English fluently
- Indonesian nationality with minimum high school or vocational high school education
- Honest, people oriented, and pleasant to get along with
- Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing
- Leadership skills to manage a team of technicians
- Proactive approach to troubleshooting and system maintenance
