Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Managing guest check ins and check outs with personalized hospitality
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism
- Processing payments and managing daily financial transactions accurately
- Coordinating with housekeeping for room readiness and guest requests
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge about the hotel and city
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Professional appearance and hospitable personality
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of property management systems such as VHP is a plus
