Position: Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and providing personalized assistance throughout their stay
- Coordinating special requests and arrangements for VIP guests
- Handling guest feedback and ensuring timely resolution of concerns
- Escorting guests to their rooms and providing property orientations
- Ensuring high levels of guest engagement and service excellence
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in the same position at 4 or 5 star hotel
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skill and pleasant personality
- Able to work with creativity and agility
- Indonesian nationality only
- Professional appearance and hospitable demeanor
- Responsive to guest needs with a problem solving mindset
