Position: Director of Sales (Jakarta Sales Office)
Responsibilities:
- Directing the sales strategy from the Jakarta office to drive resort revenue
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with major corporate and leisure accounts in the capital
- Leading and mentoring the Jakarta based sales team to achieve performance targets
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in Jakarta
- Collaborating with resort leadership on commercial strategies and financial forecasting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales in a 5 star luxury hotel setting
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Jakarta corporate and MICE market
- Strong leadership, communication, and networking capabilities
- Established portfolio of high value clients and travel partners
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills for revenue optimization
- Professional appearance and charismatic presentation abilities
- Ability to manage a remote office and align with resort goals
