Position: FB Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily operations in food and beverage outlets
- Leading the service team and ensuring high standards of guest engagement
- Assisting in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Managing outlet inventory and coordinating with the kitchen team
- Handling guest feedback and ensuring timely resolution of service issues
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
