Position: Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all beverage operations, including the iconic Woobar and outlet bars
- Developing innovative cocktail programs and curate high quality wine lists
- Managing beverage costs, inventory levels, and supplier relationships
- Leading and training the bar team on mixology and service standards
- Coordinating events and promotions to drive beverage revenue and guest engagement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a luxury bar or beverage outlet
- Expert knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and international bar trends
- Strong leadership and team management skills in a vibrant environment
- Excellent communication skills with an outgoing and professional personality
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective revenue strategies
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in Bali’s high end hospitality scene is preferred
