Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office or guest service role
- Warm and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management systems and computer literacy
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Detail oriented with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
