Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or guest service role
  • Warm and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in property management systems and computer literacy
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Detail oriented with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
