Position: Learning & Development Asst. Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training programs
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff
- Monitor training effectiveness and track employee progress
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with brand standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in Learning & Development or HR in hospitality
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Passionate about developing people
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive and organized mindset
