Position: Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the entire human resources department operations including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Manage industrial relations and ensure all company policies comply with local labor regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • Oversee employee payroll, benefits administration, and maintain accurate HRIS system records.
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads on personnel management and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in the same position minimum 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill
  • Proven experience in recruitment, training and development, industrial relations
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & HRIS systems
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
