Position: Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire human resources department operations including recruitment, training, and development.
- Manage industrial relations and ensure all company policies comply with local labor regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
- Oversee employee payroll, benefits administration, and maintain accurate HRIS system records.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads on personnel management and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the same position minimum 1-2 years
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill
- Proven experience in recruitment, training and development, industrial relations
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & HRIS systems
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
